ACCOMMODATION

Your included accommodation is a Deluxe Room at Shangri-La Boracay, suitable for two guests. 

The maximum occupancy for this room type is four guests — 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old — featuring 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. 

Should your guest numbers or guest ages exceed the limits of the included room category, an upgrade to a larger room type will be required, and the corresponding upgrade fee will apply. 

Please note that upgrade fees are separate from guest Buy-In Fees and will be charged in addition.

ADDITIONAL GUEST BUY-IN FEES

AIT Achievers earn a trip for two and have the option Buy-in a maximum of four guests. 

• Infant 0 - 5 years COST $50 AUD 

• Child 6 - 12 years COST $ 300 AUD 

• Teen 13 - 17 years COST $ 600 AUD 

• Adult 18+ years COST $ 800 AUD 

 

• Extra Room Fee: $1700 AUD 

 

• All guests must be registered during the claiming process to attend. 

 

​​​FLIGHTS

Manila, the capital of the Philippines, serves as the primary gateway for international travelers through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Boracay Island is accessible via two airports: Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (MPH) Located in Caticlan, it is the closest airport to Boracay and is served by airlines such as Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific.

 

All flights must be booked into Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (MPH) commonly called Caticlan Airport.

DO NOT make any travel arrangements for yourself or your guest(s) until you receive the official congratulation email from Arbonne that you have earned the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Boracay. 

You will not be refunded for flights purchased before you receive your official letter in cases where you do not officially achieve the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Boracay.

Arbonne is not responsible for refunding flights and travel costs if you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Boracay because of but not limited to: your Arbonne ID is not good standing at the time of the trip, if a natural disaster occurs, a pandemic or quarantine occurs, or any other reason occurs and you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Boracay.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Transfers will be provided for all qualified Consultants and their registered guest(s) between Caticlan Airport and Shangri-La Boracay on the scheduled arrival and departure dates. Your journey includes a seamless 15-minute speedboat transfer directly to the resort. 

 

To secure your transfers, all achievers must submit complete flight details by the deadline outlined in the congratulations email. 

 

Please note: achievers or guests extending their stay outside the official event dates will need to arrange their own transfers at their own expense.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & PASSPORTS

All persons of all ages travelling internationally, including newborn infants, will be required to present a valid passport. It is the responsibility of the Achiever and their guests to arrange their own travel documentation and ensure any entry requirements are met.
