TRAVEL INFORMATION

FLIGHTS
​All flights must be booked into Phuket International Airport.
DO NOT make any travel arrangements for yourself or your guest(s) until you receive the official congratulations email from Arbonne that you have earned the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Thailand.
You will not be refunded for flights purchased before you receive your official letter in cases where you do not officially achieve the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Phuket - Thailand.
Arbonne is not responsible for refunding flights and travel costs if you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Thailand because of but not limited to: your Arbonne ID is not good standing at the time of the trip, if a natural disaster occurs, a pandemic or quarantine occurs, or any other reason occurs and you are unable to attend the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Thailand.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers will be provided for all claimed Consultants and their claimed guest(s) between Phuket airport & The JW Marriott Phuket Resort on the scheduled arrival and departure dates only.

Achievers will be contacted and must submit all flight details by the deadline provided to confirm transfer bookings.
Any achievers and guests extending their stay outside of the event dates will be required to make their own transfer arrangements at their own expense.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & PASSPORTS
All persons of all ages travelling internationally, including newborn infants, will be required to present a valid passport. It is the responsibility of the Achiever and their guests to arrange their own travel documentation and ensure any entry requirements are met.

The Official dates for the Arbonne Incentive Trip to Phuket are Saturday 15 – Thursday 20 November 2025
Arbonne is not responsible for pre or post-event activities of the Independent Consultant and their guest(s). Independent Consultants and their guests will be personally liable and fully responsible for any expenses incurred during such pre or post-event activities.
