Yes, your promotions for anyone your directly promote to your 1st Generation, no matter how many levels they promote up to, as long as they are promoting to your 1st generation each time. All Direct Promotions only count one time, per promotion level, during the qualification period.

No, you will retain your Direct Promotions Points Earned; however, we do encourage you to continue working with your Direct Promotions to help them promote to the next level of management.
